Delivery Information
1. Shipping Scope and Cooperative Logistics
- Currently, our shipping scope covers most countries and regions around the world (please refer to the order page for specific details). For domestic orders in China, the main cooperative courier companies are SF Express, ZTO Express, and YTO Express; for international orders, the cooperative logistics companies are DHL, FedEx, and China Post International Express.
- Additional shipping fees may be required or the shipping time may be extended for some remote areas (such as domestic towns and villages in China, and international remote islands). Please refer to the prompts on the order checkout page for specific details.
2. Shipping Time and Process
- Domestic Orders (China):
- After the order payment is confirmed, we will ship the goods within 1-2 working days (shipping will be delayed on holidays);
- For first-tier cities (such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen), the goods usually arrive within 1-3 working days; for second-tier and lower-tier cities, the arrival time is usually 3-5 working days; for remote areas, the arrival time is usually 5-7 working days.
- International Orders:
- After the order payment is confirmed, we will ship the goods within 3-5 working days (export customs clearance procedures are required);
- The shipping time varies depending on the destination country/region, usually 7-15 working days. For some regions, the shipping time may be extended to 20 working days due to customs clearance procedures.
3. Calculation of Shipping Fees
- Domestic Orders (China): Free shipping is available for a single order with an actual payment amount of over 299 RMB. A basic shipping fee of 10 RMB will be charged for orders with an actual payment amount of less than 299 RMB (a shipping fee of 15 RMB will be charged for remote areas);
- International Orders: The shipping fee is calculated based on the weight, volume of the products, and the destination country/region. The specific amount will be automatically displayed on the order checkout page. Free shipping is available for some countries/regions when the order amount reaches 199 USD.
4. Logistics Tracking and Abnormal Handling
- After the order is shipped, we will send the logistics tracking number to your registered email address or mobile phone. You can check the logistics progress through the "My Orders" page on the website or the official website of the logistics company;
- If you do not receive the goods for a long time (more than 7 days for domestic orders, more than 20 days for international orders), or if you find abnormal logistics information (such as stagnation or wrong delivery), please contact customer service in a timely manner. We will assist in inquiries and communicate with the logistics company to solve the problem;
- Please check the quantity and appearance of the goods on the spot when receiving the goods. If you find that the goods are damaged, missing, or incorrectly delivered, you should refuse to sign for the goods and contact customer service immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
5. Tariff and Customs Clearance Instructions
- International orders may incur import taxes, value-added taxes, and other fees, which shall be borne by you (the specific amount shall be subject to the regulations of the destination customs);
- To ensure smooth customs clearance, we will truthfully fill in the product information (name, quantity, value) on the package waybill. Please confirm that the shipping information is accurate when placing an order to avoid customs clearance delays or return of goods due to incorrect information.
